DELIVERY

Personalized orders placed on our website are produced specifically for the individual, and they are shipped within an average of 7 business days after bank approval.

Non-personalized products are shipped within approximately 3 business days.

Your orders are generally delivered by the courier within 1-3 business days, depending on the distance of the delivery address from Istanbul. This time may vary depending on the region of your delivery address. Delivery is not made on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the first business day after the holiday and shipped within 3 business days after bank approval.

RETURNS

Personalized products are produced specifically for the individual, so returns are not accepted, and they cannot be exchanged for another product.

For non-personalized products, we are happy to accept returns provided the product is new, unused, and shipped back to us within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with original tags and accessories. Please ensure that the product, care card, invoice, and packaging (carton box, dust bag, straps, etc.) are in their original condition. Otherwise, we cannot accept your return and a full refund may not be processed.

The responsibility for ensuring the return of the product to us lies entirely with the customer. Once the returned product reaches us, the refund process may take 3-5 days depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once it is completed. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. After we receive and process your return, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement. If the refund has not appeared in your account, please contact your bank.
